"It's out of this world," shouted 87-year-old James L. Sullivan when he awoke Saturday and saw a 65-foot missle sitting in his front yard at 1120 NW 50. It proved to be from California. The missle, a hollow mock-up of the Atlas, was being taken to Chicago for Aero Space Week from San Bernadino, when weekend traffic and truck trouble forced a lay-over in Oklahoma City. Sgt.
