Letter from the Very Rev. John Collins of the Basilian Fathers Mexican Mission Center in Rosenberg, Texas to John J. Herrera, LULAC National President, dated April 4, 1953. This letter acknowledges Herrera's letter refuting personal endorsement or LULAC endorsement of Planned Parenthood literature. Rev. Collins encourages Herrera to publicly deny these policies.
