Postcard sent from Mr. William Mole to Maurice and Minnie picturing marching soldiers in Camp MacArthur in Waco, Texas, handwritten message in the back about the storm in his area and a letter that he had been working on.

Postcard to Mrs. Fritz Adler in San Antonio, Texas. The front of the postcard features an illustration of a two-story L-shaped, white house with a front porch and tall trees obscuring the front of the house. Two white benches sit on the lawn within the trees, facing each other.

Postcard addressed to Mrs. M. M. Matlock with a photograph of an oil rig with its workers hanging out at the bottom. The note on the back of the card asks Mrs. Matlock how "the war [is] up their [sic]," and says that down there it "looks like real war some times."

Postcard addressed to Lois Matlock with an illustration on the front depicting a child eating out of a jar of jam with a woman running behind him waving a broom; the note on the front reads: "They Laugh Longest Who Laugh Last." There is also a note on the back of the card that talks about life at the sender's house and the fact that they are working "for a few days at the Bakery."

Postcard from Gus Brown to George Pendexter regarding Brown's current lack of action in Springfield, Ohio. The photo on the back is of the number 3 fire station in the town with two horses in front; this building has a bell tower on the top right corner.

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter with a note on the back saying there has not been many fires in Battle Creek, Michigan to deal with. The photograph on the reverse side shows the "Combination Chemical wagon and Steamer - #3 Fire Station Battle Creek - Mich." There are eight firemen in the photo, three standing around the steamer wagon and five around the wagon on the right side.

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter with a note thanking Pendexter for his recent card and describing the fire taking place in the photo on the reverse side of this card. The photograph shows a smoking building with a fire truck parked outside and firemen running hoses into the building; the caption says this fire took place March 25, 1912. There are civilians in the picture as well but they are standing behind the scene watching the firemen work.

Postcard of two fire fighters in a combination fire truck. The back of the truck has a ladder and a coiled hose visible. On the back of the postcard, the sender has left a handwritten message that says, "I was wondering if you have given up our exchange - because of our inability to send local dept. views. I am looking for new ones [...]"

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter discussing different cards and views from other collectors around the country. The photograph shows the "McLane Swift & Co. Elevator" burning on July 1, 1911 while a large group of firemen are working to put it out. There is a large group of civilians standing in the background watching as the firemen are working with their fire engines to try to put out the fire.

Postcard from Henry Clay, Jr. to his family back home in Texas regarding his current trip across the Atlantic Ocean. Clay does not say anything of great importance in this letter but was recovering from his recent sea-sickness.

Postcard of a large multi-story complex described as "The S. E. Carter Building, Main and Rush Avenue, Houston, Tex." The letter on the back reads, "How are you? Talked to Lee the other night in Bmt and also again in Mineral Wells. She won't be home til May - Fierce isn't it! Write to me - N." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1906 Florida Ave. Washington, D. C."

Postcard of a narrow multi-story building, described as "Flatiron Bldg., Ft. Worth, Texas." The letter on the back reads, "What's the good word? When are you coming home? Regards to Carolyn and Joseph. C. D. B." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin Gunston Hall Washington, D. C."

Postcard of the inside of Thomas Confectionery in Dallas, Texas. Text above the picture reads, "Largest confectionery in the state." Handwritten note on the back of the postcard expresses thanks to Lou Rayburn for her letters.

Easter postcard with a small picture of the sun rising over the ocean and the text: "A happy Eastertide. Morn's roseate hues have decked the sky; The Lord has risen with victory; Let the earth be glad, and raise the cry, Alleluia!" Handwritten message on the back of the postcard offers Easter greetings to Lou Rayburn.

Easter postcard with illustrations of a cross and flowers. Text inside of the cross reads: "The good Shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. John 10:11." Beneath the cross, it also says: "A Holy Easter." Handwritten message on the back of the postcard inquires about Lou Rayburn's Easter plans.

Postcard from L. E. C. to Junia Roberts Osterhout. The photo on the front is a group of people swimming in the water by Corpus Christi. They are all wearing dark swimsuits and near one of the people is a post in the water. The female swimmers are wearing white caps. On the back, L. E. C. wrote that she wished Junia was with them and that her mother would be home soon.
