[Report from the USO Concerning Operations from 1941 to 1948]
Report created by the United Service Organizations, Inc. discussing operations and financial dealings from February 4th, 1941 to January 9th, 1948. [Letter from A. D. Whiteside Concerning Financial Statements, January 2, 1935]
Letter from A. D. Whiteside requesting financial statements from business partners as "[i]t is extremely important under existing conditions to expedite...the flow of merchandise and finance." Whiteside's company is "the largest agency in the world...acting between you and your sources of credit." Also included in the record is the envelope that the letter was delivered in.

Postcard of the New York Fire Department extinguishing a fire at the Equitable Building. The fire department is using multiple hoses to spray a wide area on the building. Shelves of ice have formed on the side of the building. On the back of the postcard, the sender has left a handwritten message that says, "5 alarms followed by the 2-7. Call. (6 alarms more, 11 alarms in all.)"
