Letter from Chauncey D. Leake to I. H. Kempner discussing the "Princeton Plan" for faculty housing with Mr. Kempner. Leake is familiar with the plan because it was used when he was a student at Princeton. The plan involves private investors building housing on university land. The project is financed through bonds and the property is eventually transferred to the university. Leake believes the plan would be worthwhile for the University of Texas.
