The building itself is made of brown and orange bricks and stones, with a flat roof and a clocktower at its top. Two rectangular sections project out from the central portion of the building as a corner of the courthouse faces the camera, with the rest of the building's structure not visible. The viewable portion of the courthouse has two rows of tall windows and one row of circular windows above them, above which is the blue edge of the roof. At each corner of the building is a stone structure shaped like a thin cone. The clocktower on top of the building has one window in each side of its base, while the clockfaces are set into the curving, shingled top of the tower. A small, pointed roof sits on small columns at the top of the clocktower.
