The appreciation dinner was held on October 1, 1967 at 4:00 pm at the Royal Manor in Beaumont, Texas. The program includes the LULAC Code and all committee members for the event. John J. Herrera spoke at the dinner as did other past LULAC National Presidents and two Congressmen.
