He discusses his childhood growing up during the Great Depression and what led him to join the chemical warfare service of the US Army. [President Trump's Coronavirus Guidelines for America postcard]
Photographs of the front and back of a postcard mailed to Robert Beaton regarding guidelines to slow the spread of coronavirus. The postcard was issued by the White House and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Both front and back of the postcard feature the coronavirus.gov URL for more information. The back of the postcard states "Even if you are young, or otherwise healthy, you are at risk and your activities can increase the risk for others. It is critical that you do your part to slow the spread of the coronavirus" and lists guidelines for social distancing and hygiene.
