There is a small tower extending from the center of the roof of the building, with a cross-shaped spire at the top. There are a few short steps leading up to the first-story porch and the front door to the academy. There are several trees surrounding the building, obscuring much of the second-story.

They mention that it has been shipped on November 27th from Medford, and that deliveries usually take bit longer than expected but if the package has still not arrived, they mention for him to write them back so they'll ask the carrier to account for this shipment.
