Most of the men wear work clothes such as overalls, worn out button up shirts and pants. The older man and woman at the center of the middle row wear nicer clothes, he in a suit and tie, she a nice blouse and necklace. The group is posed in front of a wood slat fence with lattice along the top. Much of the fence is covered in foliage. There are cracks and tears throughout the photograph.
