Card made of cardstock with spaces to hold 35 small photographs. 22 photographs are still in place within the card, each a portrait. On the back of the card each space is labeled with the names of the individuals pictured. Among the names is the inscription, "Miss Anna / from Vinette / Merry Xmas."

Photograph of fifteen people posing in front of a house. Most, including men, women, and children, are seated or standing on the porch on the right of the photo, while an older and younger man stand in front of shrubs to the left. Dr. James W. Allen and Dr. Frances Daisy Emery Allen are seated at the bottom right on the porch steps. There is a white wooden fence in the foreground. The photograph is mounted on black cardstock. An inscription in black ink at the top of the photo reads, "P. Warnica home Content Tex. 1904." Inscriptions in black in below the photo identify the individuals, though it's difficult to read.
