Interview with Steven Atikinson, a LGBT rights activist from Keller, Texas. Atkinson discusses his childhood in Keller, growing up in a small conservative town, coming to terms with his sexuality, education at Baylor, his brief marriage, coming out, the HIV-AIDS epidemic, the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance, the queer social scene in Dallas in the 1990s, discrimination, grassroots activism, direct action, lobbying, the growth of the Dallas LGBT community and resources, gay rights legislation, and thoughts on his life overall.

Video of the highlights from the 2008 Lone Star Ride. It included clips of specific riders, crew members, and stops, as well as portions from the opening and closing ceremonies. There are also clips from along the route showing the bikers on the road.

Oral history interview with Carol A. West. Topics covered include her childhood in Irving, Texas and her career as a teacher and then as a pastor. The interview was conducted in a public place, possibly a coffee shop, and there is a lot of background noise.

Oral history interview with Steve Atkinson. Topics covered include: his childhood in Keller, Texas and his relationship with his family, his coming out as gay after a brief marriage to a woman, his views on religion and spirituality, and his volunteer work for Dallas LGBTQ organizations.

Topics covered include his Baptist upbringing, his career at Louisiana Tech University and as a teacher, his enjoyment of the gay social scene in Dallas, being closeted as a teacher in Arlington, his volunteering with the AIDS Services Dinner Club, and the AIDS epidemic.

Hole punched cards meant to be worn on a lanyard that a cyclist would carry on their person with route directions for the 2002 Lone Star Ride. The route directions are broken down by pit stop with left and right turn directions encompassing a total of 186.1 miles from start to finish. The final card is printed with sponsors, donors, and partners.
