Postcard of Prospect Point at Niagara Falls. Handwritten note on the back of the postcard sends birthday greetings to Tom Rayburn. Author of message is unknown but the postcard was sent from Toronto, Ontario.

The image in front of the postcard shows a diagonal point of view of the Medical Building in the University of Toronto. The Medical Building is in the background. There are other buildings visible behind the Medical Building. In the middle ground are several trees along a walkway that passes in front of the building. To the left in the postcard are some steps. In the foreground is grass. Underneath the image is printed the following: "University of Toronto, Medical Building, Toronto, Canada." At the bottom of the postcard is handwritten text that says, "Perry says he wishes you were with him." The postcard is addressed to Miss Mamie McFaddin in Webster Springs, West Virginia.

Postcard addressed to Mrs. J. L. Caldwell in Huntington, West Virginia. The image on the front of the postcard shows the Windsor Hotel in Montreal. The handwritten message on the front of the postcard says, "A fine hotel where we certainly get good things."

Postcard from N. M. Wood to George Pendexter concerning the fire department photo collection that he has; Wood mentions that he has over 30,000 photos from all over the world. He notes that the photograph on the reverse side is of the Ottawa Fire Department in Ottawa, Canada. The photograph shows three firemen of Engine Co. 4 standing with their steamer engine in the snow in front of the fire station; the engine has wheels cut in half to act as skis in the snow.

Postcard from J. D. Smith to George Pendexter with a photograph of one of the fire stations in Hamilton, Ontario. Smith notes he is from Battle Creek, Michigan on the card while the photograph was taken in Hamilton. The caption on the photograph tells us that this is "Truck No. 1 Central Fire Station" being photographed; there are 12 men that make up this company, nine of whom are standing in front of the long wagon loaded with ladders, while two are sitting in the driver's seat and one is sitting at the very back of the ladders.
