Mr. Snodgrass also tells stories about the "Whippoorwill" band he and his wife, Clarabelle Snodgrass, started after marrying in 1933. The transcript includes a few comments by his wife.

Document that relates to the case of Edward Prince vs. Mrs. C. F. Bonnell et al, accused of deed fraud, originally decided May 8, 1895. This document is a citation summoning W. H. Bonnell and Mrs. C. F. Bonnell "to be and appear before the Honorable District Court of Kerr County." Prince claims that the deeds created by W. H. Bonnell to Mrs C. F. Bonnell are "without valuable consideration in law and are fraudulent" and the lands mentioned in the deeds should be "sold and foreclosed."

Original chattel mortgage document of agreement between W. H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner. The agreement states that Bonnell will secure his debt to Schreiner that amounts to a total of $5,000 by conveying his "entire flock of goats" and "entire flock of sheep" as collateral until he is able to pay the debt that is to be due on November 1, 1917. Later in the agreement there is a statement that says Schreiner has full authority to sell of the property if Bonnell is not able to pay off the debt.

Release of vendor's lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis from which the original lien conveyed to him real estate in Kerr County in the "L. A. Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B. Davis executed three promissory notes to be paid on January 1st of 1932, 1933, 1934; the end of the document states that he has fulfilled and paid the notes and Bonnell acknowledges that the her hold on the land and lien has extinguished.
