Transcription of a letter from Jose Ossorio to "Señores Capitan, Cabildo y Apoderados de Laredo." The letter provides instructions on collecting tariffs, which include a permit the commisional despatch sent to the kingdom's magistrates and township deputies. The note at the bottom of the transcription is from the copier in 1936.
