Edwards discusses his rescue by the Belgian underground, his capture and interrogation (1944), solitary confinement, Stalag Luft 3, Sagan, Germany, Nürnberg (Stalag 13-D) and Moosburg (Stalag 7-A) (1945), and his liberation by American troops. Appendix includes Edwards' dossier at Oflag Luft Three, Excerpts from Edwards' prison diary, and Edwards' escape map.
