Presentation introduces the concepts of Flipped Instruction and Agile Project Management and discusses how those methodologies may be applied to student roles in library and digital humanities projects. Presentation on the transition to remote outreach and student engagement in an academic library. It was presented at the North American Virtual Reference Online Conference held February 23-25, 2021.

This poster will cover the results and experiences of using Tiktok as a form of peer-to-peer outreach to share research tips with other college students. Specific examples, learned best practices, and future plans for improvement will be discussed. Presentation describing how student supervisors developed a task sharing and reporting mechanism to encourage teamwork and improve student engagement. Student supervisors of the Access Services Department are committed to creating a positive and effective work environment while ensuring accountability and productivity. In order to improve students' work experience, the supervisors developed tools and techniques which have increased student engagement in the department operations and empowered them to take initiatives. In addition, these tools have boosted student assistant productivity, provided a sense of ownership and accomplishment, and improved communication with supervisors.

This report documents the "Gadget Lending Project: Filling the Gap in Students' Equipment and Technology Needs" project funded through the Dean's Innovation Grant. The final report describes the project activities including the research, purchase of products, developing circulation policies, creating catalog records, preparing items for circulation, marketing and communication, creation of a LibGuide, employee training, and budget. It also addresses the project outcomes, best practices, and future program continuity.

Presentation discusses utilizing participatory leadership techniques such as circle practice and World Cafe´ to enhance employee involvement in organizational planning. Access Services employees were empowered to participate in setting goals, future planning, and restructuring the department. The details of the process, lessons learned, and challenges will be shared. It was presented at the 2022 Access Services Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Presentation discussing the steps taken to create a new circulating collection of equipment items, from needs assessment and item selection to circulation and promotion. Best practices for cataloging, circulation, and item storage will be discussed. Presenters share a LibGuide created to enhance the discoverability of the collection and discuss decisions made about content and format. The presenters also highlight project successes, as well as some of the challenges faced and lessons learned. It was presented at the 2022 Access Services Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia.
