Copy of letter from John J. Herrera, LULAC National President, to Rev. John Collins of the Basilian Fathers Mexican Mission Center in Rosenberg, Texas dated March 31, 1953. Herrera writes regarding copies of Planned Parenthood literature about birth control that were mailed to Rev. Kelly by Ofelia Mendoz of Planned Parenthood. Herrera refutes the use of his name in Mendoz's letter, and disavows any endorsement of the literature by himself or by LULAC.
