It includes an RSVP either to attend the meeting or to be willing to work in their own locality in the "Viva Johnson" effort. The sender of the postcard reads: John J. Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter requesting that they exchange their fire photos together; Johnston says he got Pendexter's name from J. D. Smith. The photograph on the reverse side shows the Battle Creek Fire Department "testing stream and #2 steamer" at their testing location; behind the engine there is a large crowd of people watching the testing going on.

Postcard showing a spillway in Llano, Texas, according to the photograph this spot is called "Fisherman's Paradise." Behind the river there is a large water tower and building with a bell tower; the note on the back of the card that describes the daily treatment in Llano.

Postcard to M. M. Matlock from his brother with a tinted photograph of "Chief Iron Tail, Indian Squaws and Papooses at Buffalo Bill's Wild West." The note on the back of the card discusses activities taking place back home as M. M. Matlock is at officer's school in South Carolina.

Black and white halftone postcard of a scene with two young women at Hynson's Springs, near Marshall, Texas. One of the young women stands at the bottom of the spring house and is holding up what appears to be a long-handled dipper, while the other woman is seated on the top of the spring house and is reaching down toward the dipper. The spring house is a brick, stone, and possibly concrete structure with arches at the bottom where the water comes out. It is located in a depression in a wooded area. Printed on the border to the right of the image is the title, "Scene at Hynson's Springs, six miles west of Marshall, Texas." The postmark on the back of the card is dated Aug 31, 1910, and the card is addressed to Mrs. Charles Keller, Buffalo, N.Y."

On the back, "Hello - come down in Sig's Auto Marie B," is written. The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1141 Third Ave Huntington W. Va."

The message on the back reads, "Dallas, Tx. 10-31-11 Can't find "Jack" in Dallas either. H. H. 10-31-11." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin Washington, D. C. 1906 Florida Ave."

Postcard from Henry Castle, the US Post Office auditor to M. S. King, postmaster of Splendora, Texas, informing him of the result of a March 31st audit.

Postcard of United States Veterans' Hospital in Dallas, Texas. The image is an illustration, depicting a red brick building with white stone accents. In the upper right corner, "United States Veterans' Hospital" is printed and "In Dallas, at Lisbon, Tex." is printed in the lower left corner. Information about the hospital is printed on the back reading, "The main building of the immense Hospital Plant, which occupies a 245 acre site, adjoining the city limits at Lisbon." The correspondence is addressed to "Mr. C.L. Bridge" and references the writer undergoing surgery soon.
