The George O'Brien Millard School was a public elementary school in Beaumont started about 1910 and sometimes known as just Millard School. George O'Brien Millard was a prominent Beaumont citizen who helped develop the public school system in Beaumont. Printed on the top left of the postcard is "Geo. B. Millard School, Beaumont, Texas." Handwritten on the back of the postcard, "All O.K. Weather perfectly grand and things are lovely. I return to E.T June 12. Wouldn't you like to see me? Love to Aunt Lizzie & all. Hazel."
