Letter from Daniel W. Kempner to Ernst Freund discussing Fanny Fruend's return to the U.S. and Rosa Anspach being out of a job. Mr. Kempner also informs him that he was in Europe the previous summer and he wishes he knew Mr. Fruend was in Paris at the time so they could have met up. Mr. Kempner finishes off the letter by expressing he feels unqualified to help Mr. Freund decide whether or not to change jobs, but that he believes stability is very important and to be certain of what he wants before making any decision.
