The information packet includes a budget report for the The Links Foundation and a list of the recommended recipients of grants-in-aid. In addition to handwritten notes made on the program of events is a full page of notes made by a member of the San Antonio chapter of The Links, Inc.

Letter from Joe Flores, Corpus Christi LULAC Council Number 1, to John J. Herrera, dated June 28, 1951. Flores discusses a voting incident during the election of the LULAC National President when Herrera lost the election. Flores relates watching Herrera cast a vote against himself.

The main topic of the article is the contest between John J. Herrera and George J. Garza for the office of National President. The voting resulted in a technical tie, with Vice President Herrera granted the right to cast the deciding vote, whereupon he cast his vote for his opponent.

The adjacent left side of the house is two stories. There is a single-story structure in the background, also covered by snow.
