Nash speaks on her involvement with the court case of Mica England, a lesbian woman denied a position with the Dallas Police Department due to her sexuality. Nash speaks in depth on the state of Oak Lawn and Dallas gay and lesbian bars during the 1980s and 1990s. Nash and Phelps close by discussing the current state of LGBT rights in the state of Texas.
