Campbell states the he was assigned to the basement hallway on November 24, 1963, and that he was standing by the jail office when he heard a gunshot. He assisted in helping other officers attempt to get Oswald back into the jail office, then helped place him on the ambulance stretcher. He states that he was then assigned to stand guard at the operating room at Parkland Hospital.

Harrison states a list of facts relating to his activity as a Reserve Officer on November 24, 1963. He states that he was assigned to the sidewalk near the ramp exit from the City Hall basement, and that he did not know Jack Ruby and never saw him.

Report to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Dallas Police Department. The report, which was submitted by R. W. Westphal, states that Pio Emil Bellocchio is a known associate of Jack Ruby. He was born in 1892 in Italy.
