Report typed by an unknown author concerning the activities of Jack Ruby. The report regards an interview with Ron Jenkins, of K. B. O. X. Radio Station. Jenkins stated that reporters were losing their press passes in the building, and he saw a man wearing a pass that was not his - but it was not Ruby. Jenkins found another press pass and returned it to its owner.

Office memorandum addressed to lieutenant Jack Revill. The memo, which was written by L. D. Stringfellow, states that Tony Vidales received a phone call from a Spanish speaking maid. The woman believed that the people she worked for had an association with Lee Harvey Oswald.

Supplementary Offense Report by J. C. Day, concerning the transfer of Lee Harvey Oswald's clothing to the National Archives in Washington, D. C. The report lists the articles of clothing removed from Oswald's body at Parkland Hospital on November 24, 1963.
