This was first preached in Ana in 1904, and again in Ozona3/16/1906.

They were not carrying through with decisions to build a new church, prepare for a visiting evangelist to give a revival. They do not recognize the needs of the city of Cisco, or the poor financial policy of the church. This was his warning to the local church, and was preached at Cisco, Texas.
