Hughes and Carswell express their appreciation to the officers and men under Terell's command for their participation in the Armistice Day parade advising that it's success was due, in a large way, to the 90th Division.

Carswell acknowledges the receipt of the letter from Duble reporting the progress in the training of his guard company. He advises Duble that he will refer the letter to Major Alvis who has replaced him as Active Commander.
