Kirk advises Carswell of the enclosed correspondence and a $500 Postal Savings Certificate received from the California Authorities issued in favor of Subject A-9808-A. She expresses her appreciation to Carswell for his assistance and advises him that nothing was said by California regarding the tools belonging to subject.
