Talmadge advises that when the Kennedy-Ervin labor bill went before the Senate that he voted for the McClellan Bill of Rights and an amendment regarding outlawing secondary boycotts which was defeated. He advises of his agreement with Carswell that the House bill was stronger than the Senate "measure".
