Below this agreement is a statement acknowledging the parties involved appeared freely and in person. The official certificates state that this deed has officially been filed and registered with the county in 1874.

Guest registry book for a reception at the Bay View Club in 1917; each page of the book contains the handwritten names of each person that was in attendance. Also included in the record is an envelope containing the ribbon that ties the booklet together.
