The second letter from Mrs. Slater, which is dated September 26, 1940, addresses the Superintendent of the John Sealy Hospital. Mrs. Slater recommends a young medical student for admission, and requests information on the Laboratory Technology program. The first letter is a response from Dr. Meyer Bodansky and dated October 2, 1940. He informs Mrs. Slater that the school is not currently accepting students because it is at capacity, however he is willing to take recommendations for the future.
