The letter from Dr. Fine contains a copy of correspondence to Secretary of State Medical Society from the Boston Committee on Medical Emigres regarding future involvement in a program for assisting Jewish medical immigrants. A pamphlet is included in the letter from Dr. Fine from the Journal of American Medical Association describing the program.

Correspondence between Orval B. Sessums and Dr. Meyer Bodansky. Mr. Sessums states his displeasure with his current educational situation and ask Dr. Bodansky for an opportunity to interview for a position at the University of Texas Medical School. Dr. Bodansky's reply grants and interview and informs Mr. Sessums to bring the necessary transcripts and documentation to prove his education.

Letters between Tephia F. Slater, a school social worker, and Dr. Meyer Bodansky, the Director of Laboratories at the John Sealy Hospital. The second letter from Mrs. Slater, which is dated September 26, 1940, addresses the Superintendent of the John Sealy Hospital. Mrs. Slater recommends a young medical student for admission, and requests information on the Laboratory Technology program. The first letter is a response from Dr. Meyer Bodansky and dated October 2, 1940. He informs Mrs. Slater that the school is not currently accepting students because it is at capacity, however he is willing to take recommendations for the future.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Herbert E. Hippe of the Torbett Clinic and Hospital, explaining the outcomes of a blood test requested in an attached letter by Miss Ruth Leggett. Dr. Bodansky gives suggestions for retesting of the patient associated and outlines the price associated with the testing. Miss Leggett's letter requests the blood test and includes a personal note from a previous meeting.

Peña, Jr. addresses the organization's members in light of a recent editorial, a copy of which has been enclosed, which disparaged both Peña and the PASO organization. Peña urges members to attend an October meeting in San Antonio to make a solid showing of viability.

Letter to John J. Herrera from District Governor of League of United Latin American Citizens, Alberto Cadena, reminding John of a LULAC meeting that was to be held in Beaumont on the 28th day of March at the K.C. Hall. Cadena expresses his sincere desire for Herrera to attend the meeting.

The letter calls for participants in the Pasadena San Jacinto Day Parade on April 19, 1969. It details the route of the parade as well as the theme, "Trails to San Jacinto". The second page of the letter lists parade rules and has an application for participation.
