Postcard of the Pittsfield Fire Department at their Headquarters, lined up with four horse-drawn wagons and one automobile (center). On the back of the postcard, the sender has left a handwritten message that says, "Your card very much appreciated indeed - it is of this [...] interest and also adds to my collection of monuments. [...]"

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter concerning fire engines and different cards to be sent. The photograph on the reverse side shows an old steamer engine, "Steamer #3" a part of the Battle Creek Fire Department in Battle Creek Michigan. There is a hose attached to the engine near the bottom while the steamer has smoke puffing out of the top.

Postcard addressed to Mamie Collins in Waco, Texas from Sam with a photograph of himself on the front right of the card and a note that reads: "What's all that you said about me last night? Just wait, I shall come out in a few days and make you take it back. Do I look worried?" There is another note written on the back of the card that says: "Are you lonesome since H. is kept away? I heard about you taking a man home Tuesday night."

The card also features three photographs of different locations around Valparaiso, Indiana; also included is a long photo strip with various buildings, streets, geographical features, etc. in and around the town.

Birthday postcard sent to John Philip Herlin Bahl (Harry) from his cousin Oscar Hessdoerfer with an illustration of two doves flying by a gold birdhouse. The note on the back of the card says: "With heartiest wishes for a bright and prosperous future."
