[Letter from D. C. Riley to Dr. Joseph Pound, November 26, 1899]

Letter from D. C. Riley to Dr. Joseph Pound concerning his being confined to the bed for more than four weeks. Riley tells about the doctor cutting a place on his jaw and having black blood come out; he was also given a shot of moonshine in his arm which made him sick to his stomach though eventually it made him sleep.
