Letter from John Sayles to J. E. Pearson stating that a suit Sayles needed to settle before leaving for St. Paul has been moved to January which may delay his departure. Sayles also mentions the book without the appropriate forms would detract from its value. Sayles also files for a writ of mandamus for the district judge with no help from other form books.
