Photograph used for a story in the Daily Oklahoman newspaper. Caption: "New OG&E Belle Isle Building , pictured in an architect;s drawing of the new Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co.'s new $220,000 service building under construction at Bell Isle near the intersection of NW 50 and Classen. To be shifted to the new location from the 420 S Broadway service headquarters will be 40 repairmen. These crews will handle all calls north of N 23. Public utility officials say this is the first building in an over-all plan of relocating several downtown departments. The new building included 6,000 feet of office space, a 7,500-foot storeroom and 7,000 feet of open dock. The change is being made in order to put crews closer to trouble spots and eliminate traffic congestion."
