Willson dated November 26, 1942. Willson advises of his concern regarding the low membership and requests that Carswell check on and send a personal card to the Posts assuring Carswell that he will write to the Posts, also. He requests any other suggestions Carswell might think of and advises that he has not received a report as of late.
