Patent for a circuit-breaker for storage batteries "whereby the circuit is automatically broken when the storage battery has become fully charged. (line 11-13)

Patent for an ore roaster " to provide an apparatus for roasting ore in which the ore is suspended in a current of air moving in a rotary path and entirely surrounded by the same, whereby the fusing of the more readily fusible constituents of the ore is prevented and much better results in the concentration secured." Patent for filler material to support the exterior casing of rubber tires for vehicles. The patent illustrates and describes filler material to enhance an improved rubber tire of efficient and superior quality to previous vehicle tires.

Patent for an improvement to the running gear of aeroplanes in which the running gear can be moved out of the way so as not to create unnecessary head resistance when the plane is in flight.

Patent for a new and improved saw-jointer. This design consists in "two casts having longitudinal triangular grooves upon their inner facing sides, having the lower portions of their inner facing sides cut away to form a longitudinal groove, and having the upper portions of their inner facing sides bulged to form longitudinal halves of a socket, with a screw passing through the castings in the space between the bulged socket portions and the longitudinal grooves, the said grooves being adapted to receive a triangular file having its lower face at right angles to the sides of the groove" (lines 64-76).

Patent for an inexpensive cotton-elevator and gin-feeder that is easy to assemble and have removable screens and suspended chutes and feeders. Suction draws the cotton through the distributing trunk, and gravity drops the cotton into a gin. These concepts are also outlined in the inventor's previous patents, Nos 472,607 and 488,446.
