A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Chairman, Taylor County Parole Board, from Vincent O'Leary, Director, Division of Parole Supervision, by John W. Walton, Supervisor, Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, dated March 26, 1958. Walton apologizes to Carswell for the error in their letter regarding the reporting intervals required of Subject No. Calif. 17095. In addition to reporting in person every six months he requests that Subject make a written report each month.

Letter from Edward S. Arentz to Sayles & Sayles reminding them of how long it took to get a waiver granted in favor of their oil and gas lease. Arentz will carry the file as a closed one as he is not sure if the legal department of the I. T. I. O. will prevail against the insurance company. He states a limitation affidavit for Thad A. Thomson's land will be sufficient to satisfy a requirement of the lease.
