Letter from Edward F. Lyle to R. B. and T. D. Wiggins discussing an offer made to Darrell by Lyle regarding a payment plan for the delinquent taxes. The agreement states that Lyle will allow deductions on the note in order to pay delinquent taxes if the Wiggins do not receive funds from a suit against the Santa Fe Railway Company.

Letter from Jack Sayles to W. B. Dickerson remitting legal documents for the land of Earl Willard Meyer. Sayles outlines how each of the documents is to be handled or filed. He does not believe the lease should be executed prior to the hearing.

Mr. Sessums states his displeasure with his current educational situation and ask Dr. Bodansky for an opportunity to interview for a position at the University of Texas Medical School. Dr. Bodansky's reply grants and interview and informs Mr. Sessums to bring the necessary transcripts and documentation to prove his education.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Herbert E. Hippe of the Torbett Clinic and Hospital, explaining the outcomes of a blood test requested in an attached letter by Miss Ruth Leggett. Dr. Bodansky gives suggestions for retesting of the patient associated and outlines the price associated with the testing. Miss Leggett's letter requests the blood test and includes a personal note from a previous meeting.

Correspondence between Meyer Bodansky and Jacob Fine, dated October 26th, 1939: the first from Dr. Jacob Fine to Dr. Meyer Bodansky a return letter from Dr. Bodansky to Dr. Fine acknowledging the receipt of the letter. The letter from Dr. Fine contains a copy of correspondence to Secretary of State Medical Society from the Boston Committee on Medical Emigres regarding future involvement in a program for assisting Jewish medical immigrants. A pamphlet is included in the letter from Dr. Fine from the Journal of American Medical Association describing the program.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Nicholoon J. Eastman, dated December 26, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky informs Dr. Eastman that he has enclosed a carbon copy of a publication entitled "Determination of Paraldehyde in Biological Fluids", which he believes Dr. Eastman might find useful in his studies.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. Jarrett E. Williams, dated December 26, 1939. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky nominates some research assistants that he believes are worthy to be included in a research catalog. Dr. Bodansky also inquires about changing the title of his department from "'pathological chemistry'" to "'chemical pathology'".

Letter from M. D. Bownds to R. I. Mehan discussing the Marfa National Bank's participation in a loan with the Federal Reserve Bank made to Kempner. Bownds requests any information submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank be submitted to his bank.
