Ryan, Associate Warden, to Fred Finsley, Chief State Parole Officer, Sacramento, California dated February 26, 1951 (copy to T. N. Carswell). Ryan advises Finsley of a letter written by Subject 9803-A and approved by T. N. Carswell in which Subject requests the return of his U. S. Postal Notes. Ryan advises of the transfer of the notes to the Bureau of Paroles, therefore, he refers the letter to Finsley's office for attention and disposition.
