Jacobs, 73, who was driving this 1929 model car when it collided with another vehicle driven by Vernie B. Stoddard, 45, of Camargo. The crash, which occurred five miles west of Catxx Canton on SH 52, Literally demolished the old timer car, fatally injuring the elderly Canton man. Jacob's died in Uniexx University hospital in Oklahoma City only minutes after he was rushed there for treatment. Stoddard and his 16- year - son received minor injuries in the crash Tuesday afternoon."

Caption: "Rampaging Auto Lands Driver in City Jail, This 1951 model automobile collided with another car early Wednesday at SW 26 and Walker, then jumped the curb, knocked down 30 feet of picket fence and crashes into brick building 108 feet from the intersection. The driver, Frank Eugene Settlemeyre, 24, of 7100 S. Shields, suffered only a minor cut on the face. He was treated at Mercy hospital and then jailed on a charge of reckless driving by drinking. Police said Settlemeyre's car collided with one driven by William Oliver McGill, 76, of 641 NE 12."
