This is a notification of the upcoming Regional Convention to be held in Corpus Christi, Texas, on January 28 and 29, 1950. Cruz asks for hotel reservation requests, resolutions and recommendations to be presented, and monthly reports of local council activities. On the reverse side of this letter is a typed draft of a telegram from John J. Herrera, Acting Texas Regional LULAC Governor, asking for a program of the convention and conveying hotel reservation requests.
