An issue McCarter addresses is finding the money to pay the teachers for attending, possibly a shared cost between the district and NTIEVA, he ends the letter saying many details have to be worked out. An executive summary written by the University of North Texas to summarize their impending goals and strategies as they undertake a capital campaign to achieve $25 million. The Centennial Capital Campaign will focus on the solicitation and acquisition of monetary gifts from private sources for the ideal goal for the University to expand as it is continuously growing. Many of the private sources will be North Texas alumni, corporations, private foundations and friends of the University. Incorporated in the summary is a schedule for the campaign.
