A letter written to Omar from T. N. Carswell, dated November 25, 1970. He advises of his approval of Omar's recent political, written "releases". A note handwritten by Carswell states that the tickets are for personal use, not for resale. The reverse side includes business letterhead of Little Tuffy Mfg. Co. A Division of Abilene Machine Co., 1342 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas and bears Assurance Opaque Parchment watermark.
