A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Carswell Agency, Abilene, Texas, from H. W. Siddall, Chairman, Rail Travel Promotion Agency, Chicago 6, Illinois, dated July 25, 1947. Siddall refers to a notation on his Bulletin of June 19, 1947 concerning Carswell returning RTPA purchase orders to him listing four scenarios that will determine the course of action to be taken by Carswell.
