Caption: "Joe Taylor, Ardmore merchant and city commissioner, was bound over to district court trial on two burglary charges in Lincoln Co., the day following a preliminary hearing in Garvin Co. in which he faced the same situation on four charges. Joe Smith is the principal witness for the state. Smith is serving a prison sentence in Texas, and says Taylor was "cut-in" on some burglaries that he and two other men committed in Oklahoma.
