An issue McCarter addresses is finding the money to pay the teachers for attending, possibly a shared cost between the district and NTIEVA, he ends the letter saying many details have to be worked out. Thanking Kolter for allowing Broadus visit her class and viewing how improved the children have become since the implementation of the NTIEVA's project about discipline-based art education. Broadus writes that she will be coming back to the school to give the first grade classrooms a 30 minute presentation, and for Kolter to make time preparations for that event.
