Naughton worked at a camp in Council Grove, Kansas (Company 4703). This interview covers his childhood, his experiences in the Great Depression, his experiences as a hospital orderly in the CCC, and his biggest takeaways from working in the CCC.

In appendix is a photo of the Denton County Courthouse, the Confederate Memorial, and a picture of students and teachers at the Fred Moore School in the 1930s or 40s, as identified in the interview by Mrs. Kimble.
