Very slight changes were made to the contracts and the lessors are to waive the payment for September 1940. Once the agreements are approved by all parties, they are to be mailed to Sayles. A section addressed to Sayles at the bottom of the letter waives subordination of the General American Life Insurance Company lien on the Robert Wilson land and the Land Bank and Commissioner's loan on Wilhelm tract.

Letter from John Sayles to Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Company discussing requirements for the Wilhelm lease. These include notes of the survey for the land and registering the land in compliance with Bill No. 9 of the Texas Legislature of 1939. Abstracts need to be returned to Sayles. All other requirements have been met.
